Trey Vick is the owner of V 3 Residential. His industry background stems from commercial real estate banking and several years working in the private investment sector. Trey is a native Floridian and veteran of the United States Air Force. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and is a graduate from the Florida School of Banking at the University of Florida. Trey also serves the community as a member of the Howard Phillips Center, Elder at First Presbyterian Church of Orlando, and member of the Arnold Palmer Medical Center Board. Trey is the recipient of three Orlando Business Journal 40 Under 40 Awards, Veterans of Influence Award, and named as one of their 2019’s CEOs of the Year. He also holds a title to 2019’s Argentum Senior Living Leaders Under 40 Award.

John is a native Floridian, born into a military family. He worked for 40 years in the insurance industry, specializing in life, disability and medical insurance claims. Shortly after retiring from Guardian Life Insurance, he obtained his Real Estate Sales Associate license and is active in real estate buying and selling. John is active in the community, serving as an elder at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, singing in the choir, and volunteering with the Central Florida Presbytery. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Technological University (now known as U.C.F). John works alongside his son to help Florida families navigate the home buying and selling process.

Bob is a Philadelphia native, but moved to Orlando in 2007 to manage the opening of a restaurant for a national company. His experience in the restaurant industry spans over 20 years, having worked his way up in the business from busser to the owning/operating of his own establishment. In 2009 he started his own title examining company and obtained his Real Estate License a year later. Bob’s passion for networking, hospitality, and helping people; in addition to his experience in title examining, made for a natural move into the real estate industry. Bob was awarded with the Up and Coming Award from his first brokerage firm after a year with the company. He later worked with Stewart Title to assist in the launch of their direct commercial title business in Florida. During his time with Stewart Title, he further enhanced his commercial real estate knowledge and connections within the industry. At V 3, Bob is able to apply his experience to local clients looking for sales and leasing services. Bob is a member of ICSC, CREW, and sits on the Board of Directors for CCIM.

Manny moved from Miami to Central Florida in 2003. Manny attended the University of Central Florida’s College of Business. After receiving his degree in 2005, he began his career in public accounting. Manny pursued his fifth-year requirements for the CPA through Liberty University where he obtained a Master of Accounting degree. Manny is a licensed CPA in the State of Florida and began his career at a national public accounting firm in the U.S., serving both private and public clients in a wide array of services including contracted CFO and consulting help as well as financial statement audit and review services in the real estate, not-for-profit, professional services and manufacturing industries. He later went on to work in private industry for an investment services company managing publicly non-traded real estate investment trusts subject to securities and exchange commission (SEC) filings, where Manny was part of the management team establishing effective and efficient solutions to operational and financial processes in compliance with the SEC regulations. Through these experiences, Manny developed a strong foundation of accounting principles and operational strategies which he has transitioned into his practice and clients. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). He is also involved at his local church finance committee and services the community in various opportunities. Manny is an established CPA, however, he has always had an interest in real-estate and the financial benefits it brings to individuals. In 2016, Manny added real estate to his resume and became a licensed real estate associate. Being both a CPA and a realtor gives Manny a unique perspective that his clients all benefit from. Manny understands this and over the past 5 years has given his clients a wealth of knowledge.
